The sales staff have very little knowledge about vehicles they are selling. Also if you ask questions and they don't know the answers they may lie to sound knowledgeable and they don't know. Having been an auto mechanic for over 20 years when looking at a vehicle that had safety issues that needed to be repaired to be street legal the salesman blatantly lied saying that their safety checks showed that the vehicle was safe to be on the road.
