TERRIBLE experience with this clown TED HARRIS. He misled me about pricing, saying the website price didn't apply because I was using outside financing. We had an amazing experience with everyone we met with. We traded in my car and my boyfriend’s truck, they gave us a great rates on our trade ins and made our purchase experience so incredibly easy. We went in in a Friday evening and while we were waiting for financing, Brad wanted us to come back the next day to ensure that we had all options to get the best rate he could for us, which we greatly appreciated. Contacted store about a 2013 Jetta. I live out of state so getting the vehicle to my house involves shipping. When I inquired about this service(which was an option online), I was told, "We don't ship budget vehicles." Excuse me? I worked in the banking industry for YEARS and NEVER would have said anything that implied what that statement implies. EVERY customer is important-you make your living on the money of the every day American. It's best not to forget that. It's best that a company treats everyone with respect, regardless of what they purchase or what their income is. Basically, the most understated rudeness I've come across in almost 25 years. I purchased a car from a different dealership and they were extraordinarily helpful unlike the un-classy, but thankfully brief, service I received at Kunes. More
