I worked in the banking industry for YEARS and NEVER would have said anything that implied what that statement implies. EVERY customer is important-you make your living on the money of the every day American. It's best not to forget that. It's best that a company treats everyone with respect, regardless of what they purchase or what their income is. Basically, the most understated rudeness I've come across in almost 25 years. I purchased a car from a different dealership and they were extraordinarily helpful unlike the un-classy, but thankfully brief, service I received at Kunes. More
