Service assistant manager Isaiah was extremely dismissive, never called me back to update me on the service of my car. I left multiple voicemails and no one ever called me back until someone went dismissive, never called me back to update me on the service of my car. Was lied to and said the car was "being looked at in the service center" then told they never looked at it cause there wasn't a work order, then was told I needed to replace transmission; without even looking at the vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership or service center to anyone, ever. More

I don't know if it's so much of rating the dealership as it is the service department. Appointment was for 10:00. The car was taken right away but not done till 12:15 for one nail in a tire. That was way too long just to fix a nail in one tire. That is such xx that it cost us $116 to get that fixed. Will never come here again for things like that and I will not recommend this place to friends. What a joke!! I could have just about bought another new tire for that cost. Sad part is I just bought the four tires from you 3 months ago and had them mounted. Was wondering if you took advantage of us because my wife is the one who brought the car in.
