No prior notice of ownership change as long time customer. Change of policy: #1 to add fee for use of credit card - and no prior notice especially since I was called and advised of the cost of over customer. Finalized with the finance dude Rob, who masterfully conned me into additional options I didn't want. They don't give you printed copies of purchase agreement only on a USB drive which when opened later on my PC I discovered the unwanted options. I called and demanded they remove them but to no avail. Their "No Fear" 3 day return policy is bogus as well they would not take my car in for another. Don't buy from this dealer! More
