Since i bought my vehicle in 2023 I brought it to a kunes to get my oil change etc.. My car really had problems and they did not want to grant the no fear warranty. Unethical I feel played your staff are not honest at all. I was sold a “supposedly” new car that hasn’t been driving right. I argued with them about selling me the wrong car but they insured me the car they I was sold a “supposedly” new car that hasn’t been driving right. Gerald Crawford was amazing, I showed up at Kunes Hope Chevrolet after I experienced the transmission in my car going out , the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle brushed me off and wanted noth Chevrolet after I experienced the transmission in my car going out , the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle brushed me off and wanted nothing to do with it, instead wanted me to pay $10,000 for a new one, nor did they show any concerns at all. I ended up going next door to Kunes Hope Chevrolet feeling depleted. Mr. Crawford stepped right in and assured me there was hope I would be in another vehicle soon. He was genuine, friendly and understanding and took time out of his busy week each day to contact me and keep me updated on the process of finance and how close I was to getting into a new car. Mr. Crawford made the process stress free for me. He continued to assure me that I was closer and closer to being in my new car. The entire team at Kunes Hope Chevrolet was exceptional in customer service, immediately approaching consumers when they enter the door and asking, "Is someone helping you," I really appreciate the quality of sales and customer service.
