I’m writing to express my disappointment in the service I received on 6/28. I made an appointment ahead of time for an oil change. I arrived a few mins before my appointment time of 9 am. When I asked how lo received on 6/28. I made an appointment ahead of time for an oil change. I arrived a few mins before my appointment time of 9 am. When I asked how long it would take, I was told about 45 mins. However at the hour and 30 minute mark, I went back to express my concern for the length of time. I was given a poor apology of there is lack of staff and they no longer have express option. Overall it took an hour and 45 minutes. I see on my receipt there was a $25 coupon/credit. Which is appreciated. But on the receipt is that the total hours was 0.3 which is under 30 mins. Yet I sat for nearly 2 hours. I honestly will be looking for better options that respect peoples time. With new management, I expected better service. More
