Easy and quick. We went in on a Monday morning knowing what we were looking for. I called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle we wanted was still in stock. When we got there, the car was pulled right up front waiting for us. Everything was as advertised online. Steve Hartwig took us on a test drive and when we got back we started paperwork. The whole process was great. Staff was pleasant and friendly. We didn't feel pressured or tricked. We walked away with the car we wanted at the price we wanted and they were even able to match the rates and terms our bank was promising. I'd definitely return. Thanks Kuni! More

Excellent experience buying a used car Came in to look at a car that was advertised in Autotrader. Was warmly greeted by George Sakouyan who quickly found the car despite the pouring rain. After the test drive, I explained that I wanted to have my wife see and drive the car before making a decision and went on my way. Came back later that same day with my wife and we were assisted by Daniel Filoteo. Daniel helped me with the infotainment system while the paperwork was being prepared.
