I had the best experience I have ever had at any shop before. The place is super clean, they had a loaner car all ready at check in, he gave me the high price it could be and the low price and it turned before. And this dealership and the people who work here changed my mind. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! They also got my car done so fast and I got chocolates when I pick up my car lol (that’s not what got me) the service from beginning to end was phenomenal! Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed like the genuinely liked their job. It shows that as an employee of Lexus they must get taken care of by the employer as well! Great job, great company!
