I had a deeply troubling experience with Eric, a manager at this dealership. A vehicle was repossessed and resold, even though the original buyer was still actively making payments on it. The buyer, who didn’t speak fluent English and lacked resources to fight back, was taken advantage of. This is not just unethical—it’s predatory and illegal. When I asked questions and raised concerns about what had taken place, I was met with deflection, hostility, and retaliation. Rather than address the issue, Eric shut down communication and took steps to silence the problem. I’ve since reported the incident to the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and the state licensing board, the BBB and the DMV and I strongly encourage others who’ve been affected by shady practices here to do the same. If you’re thinking about doing business with this dealership, proceed with caution. Ask questions. Get everything in writing. And if something feels off—it probably is. Consumers deserve honesty, fairness, and transparency. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received at Kwik Auto Finance. You shouldn’t expect to either.
