When I did arrive at the dealership, Leigh did what she promised, paired me with someone that I would feel comfortable working with! The Terrain i drove was a rather expensive model with all the bells and whistles, but Lori did not try to "push" that car on me- instead she helped me chose one that was in my price range and that I would be happy with! In the last 10 years, I have owned Nissan cars, both dealerships were pushy and the sales reps seemed to only car about their commision. It was a welcome change.
