I apologize if there was any miscommunication. Unfortunately, when the issue at hand is not a manufacture defect and caused by someone else or something else, the manufacture will not allow us to cover the repair. This is why you were charged a diagnostic fee. The Service Manger will be reaching out to you shortly to see if we can resolve this issue and have a better experience moving forward!
