We found the car we purchased on line. It was our first experience with Kyner. The car was in absolute mint condition for a very fair price. The folks at Kyner were so nice to work with. Justin was on it every step of the way and very responsive to any requests for added info when we called for more details. I appreciated the low key environment and the absolutely no hassle purchase. Their trade in value for my old - well loved car was respectful and perhaps generous. Ever though it was a little drive for us, i will be back for service - we will also share our experience with others who are looking around for a good value and good people to work with. More

Satisfied New Customer My wife and I went on-line to find a Ford Edge. It took several attempts to locate what we were looking for in a color that we liked. We did notice ho My wife and I went on-line to find a Ford Edge. It took several attempts to locate what we were looking for in a color that we liked. We did notice how Kyner's vehicles were shown with the company name and with a clean and appealing photo shoot. Tyler Poling was our first contact by phone. He was pleasant and asked us if he could call us back after he finished researching the info on the Edge that we liked. His response was timely. He answered our questions and advised us of the hours he would be available if we wanted to come in to see the vehicle. Living in Dover, York county, we had to wait until a Saturday to make the trip. We called on Friday to ask if the Edge was still there. A gentleman named Drew told us it was and said Tyler was working on Saturday and would tell him we were coming over. Tyler was kind enough to call us Saturday morning and say he would be more than willing to show us the Edge if we were still interested. We made the trip and were very glad we did. Everyone is professional. My wife is recuperating from back surgery and realized she didn't have her pain medication. Tyler offered an OTC brand which was very thoughtful. An easy chair was even offered for her to use. We ended up buying the Edge for two main reasons. The vehicle and the Kyner establishment. They have a good selection of good vehicles. Wish they were closer to home, but would go back again anytime. Thanks for putting the customer first! More

Poor selection, poor value, worse attitude I've been looking for a low mileage used vehicle for several months. Although Kyner's is local and the most convenient for me, the selection of vehicl I've been looking for a low mileage used vehicle for several months. Although Kyner's is local and the most convenient for me, the selection of vehicles they have leaves a lot to be desired. You are presented with two choices at Kyner's: a HIGH mileage vehicle for a reasonable (not great) price or a reasonable (not low) mileage vehicle for a HIGH (might as well buy new) price. The attitude of the sales staff is poor since they are unwilling to negotiate within reason. If you have a trade-in, they will screw you on both sides of the deal by offering a well-below market price for your trade. Watch out for these guys - or better yet, run from them. More
