New Purchase I went to Kyners to look at a used car I saw on the internet. I went to just look and 1 1/2 hours later I was driving away in my new car. Brandon went out of his way and was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. I got exactly want I wanted, the right payment range, and left a very happy customer. My husband has been thinking about buying a new truck and when we recently drove by, there was a beautiful Toyota Tundra truck in the front row of the lot. We stopped and looked at it and went back the next day and spoke with 2 salesmen. Both dealt with us professionally and bent over backwards to answer all of our questions and concerns. After receiving all of the information we needed and driving the truck we purchased it. We are very pleased with our new purchase and would surely recommend Kyner's to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Outstanding! Just as my title stated, this was an outstanding experience all the way around. I had been looking for a specific vehicle, for quite a while, and I f Just as my title stated, this was an outstanding experience all the way around. I had been looking for a specific vehicle, for quite a while, and I found it, on line, at Kyner's. The problem was that I live about a 100 miles away and was worried (as most would be) that what was discussed on the phone would change once arriving at the dealership...NOT TRUE. Everything, and then some, was exactly the way Brandon and Hans said would be. I don't have the best of credit and they still got me right where I wanted to be in terms of financing. What really made the whole day special was that my girlfriend and I were treated with amazing customer service! When Kyner says they are a family business, THEY MEAN IT. Brandon was very friendly, personable, and BEST of all, he was extremely responsive to all my inquiries!! He was just was great with the post sale follow-up. Bottom line, with was the best experience, purchasing a vehicle, I have ever had...period. Thanks Brandon and the rest of Kyner for a wonderful day! More

This was a luxry unlike most dealerships that bombard you with a persistent sales force. I worked with Tyler as I was looking at trading in my 09 Nissan Titan for a Dodge Ram 2500. The process was very easy and my family and I were able to take a test drive within 15 min of being there. After that the trade in process was very easy and we were able to negotiate on vehicle price. My biggest concern was getting a fair price for my trade...Kyner's did that! I would recommend Kyners to anyone not only for their customer service but low prices and quality vehicles. So far I have found nothing wrong that was not disclosed during the sale. Very pleased....
