They sold me a ev car and 4 days later the whole system was shutting down and at times it won’t even start . I had one of the best car‑buying experiences I’ve ever had with the team at LA City Cars. Dean and Giovanni especially went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and worthwhile. Bad experience they don’t know how to communicate. I would not recommend no one to go get a car from them. Worse experience I ever had, terrible customer service, no one answer phone, just a transfer and no voicemail, i called over 50 times and walked in 5 times with manager acting clueless and saying they woul no one answer phone, just a transfer and no voicemail, i called over 50 times and walked in 5 times with manager acting clueless and saying they would check and call me, which never happened, had to get lawyer on fraud claims, that is still ongoing, would like to talk with someone in upper management on this issue, More
This dealership seems to lose all interest in you as a customer as soon as you walk out the door. The buying experience was pleasant enough but it took them days to for them to send me my contract and customer as soon as you walk out the door. The buying experience was pleasant enough but it took them days to for them to send me my contract and other paperwork. I had to repeatedly call and email the dealership to get a response. Apparently their finance manager made a mistake. She still hasn’t sent me a copy of the warranty I purchased despite me sending 2 emails. More
