Purchased a vehicle 2 days ago. Took it back the next day for service after supposedly servicing the car, the car came back louder. They said it was because of the heat. The car engine light comes on car wouldn’t go past 40. Contacted LA City Cars notified them what was going on the representative Lady from service had the nerve to say the check engine light wasn’t on when the car left the lot. Like excuse me Miss be forreal . I only took the car home and a test drive on the Freeway that night. Anyways they have the car nobody has contacted me except the finance bank trying to make it official but I’m not doing anything until someone call me about the car. Also I forgot to mention I’m paying double what the car is even worth. And also a member of their service team was so rude when I was asking why did the car come back louder. That 3 people had to tell him to leave go to the back. And he thought that was funny. Not a happy customer at all. This is my current situation as of 9:39 a.m August 21,2026. More
