Bought our new 2023 SX Prestige X Pro Telluride there last Tuesday. Went smmothly and took less than 2 hours without the usual manipulative tactics most dealers employ. I stopped by on a whim a month ago to look at cars and was greeted warmly by Cameron. He asked me what car or type of car I was looking for and if new or used. Unfortunately, he only had 3 new SUVs on t was greeted warmly by Cameron. He asked me what car or type of car I was looking for and if new or used. Unfortunately, he only had 3 new SUVs on the lot and although they were sold, he graciously offered to show them to me to get a feel for them (in case if I wanted to order one). Cameron took his time to explain the differences among the vehicles (options, size, pricing, etc) even though he didn't have one to sell. The wait time for an order was about 8 months so I had to pass given my urgent need for a vehicle before the winter. I came back again when I saw a used vehicle listed on their website. Cameron greeted me warmly again even though he didn't remember me. While he was waiting on another family as they were looking at 2 vehicles, I asked if the car I came for was available. He excused himself from the other family and explained to them that he was going to look this up for me quickly, which he did (the vehicle had sold). I've been to other dealerships with horrible experiences! I hope Lev KIA gets more vehicles in so that I can actually buy one from Cameron. More
