My recent experience with the Lafayette Ford sales and finance team was nothing short of phenomenal. There was zero pressure with having my trade-in appraised or buying a vehicle. I was pleased to work with Jeannie Griffin, Jimmie Hill, and Gene Griffin. Their experience, knowledge, and professionalism are unmatched compared to all the other dealerships in Cumberland and surrounding counties. Every interaction with them was friendly and non-transactional based. Instead of simply trying to make a sale, they were customer oriented and driven to meet my personal needs. All three associates were personable and hilarious. I thoroughly enjoyed every interaction with them. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I unreservedly recommend Lafayette Ford to meet all your car buying needs.
