I purchased a 2022 Ford F150 through Military Auto Source while deployed in February, learning shortly thereafter that I'd be picking up from Lafayette Ford. Shortly thereafter, I contacted the point of contact I'd been given and was updated routinely thereafter. While Lafayette did not sell me the vehicle or profit from the sale, I had exceptional customer service from both Keith Matthews and Mary Price. They produced all the required paperwork, guided me to the closest DMV, and prepped the truck for pick up. Between arrival to the dealership, the trip to the DMV, and pick up - I was complete in less than an hour. From my experience, I couldn't recommend a better group of people to work with. More

Like everything else in this world this world problems and inflation is taking a toll on us senior citizens and Milatary retired. your work is excellent, It is coming to the point where you service char and inflation is taking a toll on us senior citizens and Milatary retired. your work is excellent, It is coming to the point where you service charges and the cost of the air and cabin filters plus the cost to install same is coming to an end for my family. we have been Ford buyer for 20 yrs. my wife retired with Ford motor Credit. if you need to purchase a new car one of her benefits helps us out . so I am in the process of looking for other avenues for my oil changes. the cost of an cabin filter labor filter cost is out rageous . $29.00 to put one in (which takes about 2 minutes) plus the cost of a filter of which I can puchase for 1/2 of what your service cener charges. Then received a call that the price has changed to $2000.00. Yeah, it doubled and they needed to hold it for three days. On Friday, which would be the third day, they said they needed to hold it for three more days. We are a family of 6 and we were without our main family vehicle for a week. No service car. I arrived on Monday to pick it up and they said it would actually be $2500.00. $1500 more than the original quote. The mechanics did a great job fixing it but buyer be where. More

The 1st one was a brand new Mustang that was done completely via phone/e-mail except when it came to signing the paperwork. The 2nd we called David and told him what we were looking for in a used car for commuting. Within a week he not only met our needs but exceeded our expectations and had it delivered to where I was working. The 3rd vehicle was for my mother-in-law. Again David hooked us up with a great used vehicle and had it delivered, which was when my mother-in-law actually saw it for the 1st time. She took a few minutes to look it over and then asked for the pen to sign the paperwork. This last vehicle was actually pulled out of the demo fleet for us to look at, a blue '22 Explorer. Brought it home for the weekend, fell in love with it, and on Monday was getting the paperwork ready at the bank. Not only is the sales team great to work with so is the service department. More
