Josh was my adviser and he kept my informed of the program throughout my experience. I chose to remain at the dealership while repairs were being done. I utilized the nice lounge. Josh checked on me often and made sure I was comfortable and offered refreshments. Excellent experience with the whole staff. Checkout was quick and easy.
