Ford needs a better game plan I brought my car in on 26 Nov for a appointment on the 27th of Nov for a collision warning light in the front and to have it serviced I have a contrac I brought my car in on 26 Nov for a appointment on the 27th of Nov for a collision warning light in the front and to have it serviced I have a contract where the oil is changed and several other things are done. We left town on 2 Dec and returned on the 5th of December with a message on our phone saying the truck was ready for pickup. It was late in the evening so we went done the next morning to pick it up to find out that all they had done was change the oil and put air in the tires. They had not even started on the collision list and from what I understood they had been busy. When I explained I had an appointment they said that they didn't make appointments maybe not but you made me one. So I was pissed since they didn't know when they were going to get it done and left it there and left. I did get a call that afternoon saying it was ready for pickup and told them we would pick it up in the morning. We arrived around 10:00 and the first thing I notice no DEF fluid had been added the air pressure in all of the tires was incorrect so I had to turn it back in and wait. I was unable to determine if they had checked my navigation as there were no notes basically the only notes I saw was oil changed,new oil filter and brake shoes were good. If this all they are going to do I need to get a refund for the contract that I paid for. I was informed I would have to bring it back in late January to repair the rear tail gate and something to do with the lights in the front. Based on what I have been told it will be bring it in and drop it off and we will get to it as soon as possible. In closing please provide me a list of what is suppose to be done when I bring it forservice every 6 months or 7500 miles. And if your vehichle needs repairs is it going to be where you drop it off and just wait. More

Recall Repairs Recently took my 2016 Ford Fusion into Lafayette Ford of Fayetteville, NC and the repairs were done very quickly for the car having 2 recalls. I also Recently took my 2016 Ford Fusion into Lafayette Ford of Fayetteville, NC and the repairs were done very quickly for the car having 2 recalls. I also got there early and they took the car in right away. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because when I called to get the repairs fixed the car should have been brought in immediately for atleast one of the two repairs due to the severity of it but the associate from the service department didn't do that. However, the manager over the service department who greeted me when I arrived assured me that they would be talking with all of their call associates inorder to assure that they have a clearer understanding of what should have happened. More

Someone from the dealership called my husband and my husband told them we had bought a car through KP. KP called me and when he didn't get me on the phone he went to my place of work and when I was not there he came by my house to make sure I got it back. The wallet means a lot to me, my daddy passed away 5yrs ago. I am so thankful to KP and everyone at Lafayette Ford for what they have done for me and my family. KP went way above and beyond to make sure I had this back. More

I was lucky enough to meet Kyle who was able to turn my experience all the way around. He was very helpful and answered all my questions, and offered different options that might work for me. I also worked with Jimmy over at finance and he was amazing too. Both of these men went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and because of them I was able to drive away in my Expedition. More
