We drove 1. 5 hours to this dealership as they had a particular used vehicle we were interested in. Our salesperson Ariana did an excellent job reviewing the vehicle with us and even pulled in a couple managers to assist with some scratch repair evaluations on this used car. Surprisingly, they asked for some additional days to make it satisfactory no charge, ended up being 3 weeks, but they actually replaced plastic & cloth trim panels, + ceramic coating to really make it the best it could be. Ariana kept us in the loop during the repairs throughout. All of the time spent driving and waiting on the scratch repairs was worth it! More
