I was there for about 10 hours. The pricing & financing was not explained clearly. I was gaslighted. I changed my mind about the expensive gap insurance, filled out the paperwork t The pricing & financing was not explained clearly. I was gaslighted. I changed my mind about the expensive gap insurance, filled out the paperwork to cancel it, but never received a refund. Major unsafe repairs needed but not disclosed prior to sale, even though I asked about the noise prior & supposedly a full inspection was performed. After describing multiple times what I was feeling & hearing 4 times to 4 different people, service inspected multiple times & essentially told me it was my imagination. The manager eventually took it back for a 2nd look, then told me it was fixed. Unfortunately, when I got it back, it was not fixed. Took it to another shop & they diagnosed the problem immediately after one explanation & test drive. After confirming the vehicle was unsafe to drive, I paid $2900 to fix it >2weeks after purchase. I reached out to management again but received no response. Don’t trust these scammers. More
