First time really disappointed. I dropped my car Tuesday for an oil change and warranty item. Got an automated text. Tried to check on status of car Wednesday but had to leave two s I dropped my car Tuesday for an oil change and warranty item. Got an automated text. Tried to check on status of car Wednesday but had to leave two separate voicemail. Thursday called again for status after not hearing back and insisted on not being sent to voicemail. Answer was that the oil change was complete but they were still diagnosing the warranty issue. Two hours later I got a video about the oil change which makes me think that it was only then completed. Two hours after that I got a call saying that they could not recreate the issue even though it was a persistent one. I googled the issue and quickly found that it was a known issue to NHTSA and that GM has been working on it since December. GM has no solution at this time. Why could I not just have been told that. I feel I was lied to and the whole experience was unprofessional. More
