The customer service at this location is beyond GREAT! I was informed about this dealership when my 2025 Envista door handle had to be repaired. The LaFontaine Family Dealership of Ann Arbor where I purch I was informed about this dealership when my 2025 Envista door handle had to be repaired. The LaFontaine Family Dealership of Ann Arbor where I purchased my car could not do the repair. My first time making an appointment was March of this yr. I received several reminder notifications confirming my upcominig appointment from my service advisor D. Kanyak. I informed him that I would need a rental car since my car had to stay at the dealership. He arranged my rental with Lauren. He informed me of everything that I would need in order to get a rental. Working work Lauren was fabulous, she had a great spirit. After I got the rental car and drove off something felt off. So, I came back to let Lauren know what was going on but they were closed. Two salesmans Jose and Garret helped with the issue along with their boss Viktor, who didn't have to assist me but did. After I got my car back I received a text message from Nate (service manager) thanking me for my service and asking if there is anything they could have done to make my experience better. Because of my great experience in May of this yr, I booked my oil change and car updates with them and my service advisor at that time was J. Barber. He sent me a reminder about my upcoming appointment and was knowledgeable about the updates with the software. I again received a text message as well as an email from Nate asking about the service I had received it there was anything that could be improved and thanking me for my service!! They also have a nice small coffee/sadwhich cafe where you can receive complimentary coffee, water etc... I do not live close to this dealership and I did not purchase my car from this dealership but I will drive for great customer service!! They hold themselves accountable for their work and I can say the LaFontaine Family Dealership deliveres Great Service each time I have visited. Nate if there is anything I can say is perhaps your department can give an inservice on customer service to LaFontaine Buick of Ann Arbor Service Department only!!! More

They saved me on my tire package. Wife got a flat and went to discount tire to get a different set of tires but they recommended nonEV tires which would have worn out faster.
