They supported me with great customer service throughout the entire process. My vehicle was held hostage for almost 9 months. This collision shop made sure I had wheels to get back and forth to work, etc. T the entire process. My vehicle was held hostage for almost 9 months. This collision shop made sure I had wheels to get back and forth to work, etc. They connected with me every week to advise the status of my vehicle. They gave me approval to go to a dealer closer to my home for maintenance. They truly provided great customer service during the entire time. If there is still an award for dealer of the month, please include the collision shop. They have no control of tariffs or parts coming from overseas. Good customer service will keep them on top. Called from out of state about a vehicle I found online. John M. answered the call and went above and beyond! Photos, videos, FaceTime, he provided all the things. He is professional, experienced, personable, and I would highly recommend him and LaFontaine to anyone. I also spoke with Kape in finance and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant as well. This is a large and busy dealership and I know he had customers in store constantly, but he still took the time to make us feel like his only customer. Go see them. You won't be sorry! More
