Leasing Experience We were referred to Lafontaine Buick and GMC Cadillac by Kenny Walters the owner of a car repair shop that we have been using for over 14 years. We we We were referred to Lafontaine Buick and GMC Cadillac by Kenny Walters the owner of a car repair shop that we have been using for over 14 years. We were also given John Edwards name by Kenny. Kenny has always treated our family fairly so we followed his recommendation and were pleasantly surprised. John Edwards was helpful and understanding in regards to finances and what would best fit the families needs. Mr. Edwards was also helpful in getting us as much for our trade in as possible and also getting the highest benefits we were eligible for. He was professional and helpful. We went in to the dealership on March 20th 2018 and we returned March 21st to pick up the new Encore 2018 that we are leasing. During our wait Mr. Edwards was considerate and brought us water and then purchased us our Lunch at the Bistro at the dealership. Katie in financing was excellent in explaining all the documents and in taking time if there were any questions to address. Overall the experience was a pleasant one. More
