mislead and treated poorly We are looking for a 3rd car and are on a tight budget, spoke to a sales woman who quoted us a price per month that was actually $25 over our budget b We are looking for a 3rd car and are on a tight budget, spoke to a sales woman who quoted us a price per month that was actually $25 over our budget but we conceded and said yes. We triple checked the price to be sure it was what she told us and started the paper work. I bothered my dad to get his GM discount number and we started to proceed. All the sudden the sales lady says "nope I was wrong, your price per month is ANOTHER $25 higher than I originally quoted you". So I decided to check with manager to see if he could help, (Paul Jordan) who never called me back, so I posted on their FB page and the next day a Joe Hill calls my husband back only to say, "I need to talk to you about your wife fb post then, I'm sorry those deals are no longer available and we are done here". I was appalled that this is how a manger handles things, I can tell you this....LaFontaine must have TOO MUCH BUSINESS to worry about the little guys bc they kicked us out the door for something that wasn't even our mistake to begin with!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, shame on them, "the Family Dealer"? ha! More
