Very nice experience Just completed a purchase of a new Sierra and was anticipating a hassle. Previous purchases in other states ( I am not from Michigan) had taught me Just completed a purchase of a new Sierra and was anticipating a hassle. Previous purchases in other states ( I am not from Michigan) had taught me to be cautious. From the beginning we were not pounced on by the sales staff, rather we were greeted with a knowledgeable representative (Dave Gough). I was surprised because my past experience led me to expect the staff to be clueless. No only was the transaction easy, the F&I team did not pressure us into extra items. They did explain options but respected our choices. Dave then spent a good deal of time showing us how to operate all the features on and in the vehicle. With a modern vehicle it can be confusing and he has contacted me to make sure I don't have any problems. He even help me set up on star. This is the way a major purchase should be, but is rare in my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and Dave in particular. More
