I leased my vehicle out of this dealer. I try to be loyal and will service my car here…until now! I made an appointment for today at 12:45pm over a week ago. The service department is undergoing construction, which is fine. However, the signage of where it moved too was more complicated than it should be. Once i figured it out, a gentleman took me to where it was. I stood there for a few minutes, several employees come by and I don’t one greeting, which was unprofessional. One man eventually came over and took me back to get checked in. He was persistent to tell me all these things I was due for which was over $600! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After being kinda pushy, we agreed to what I simply came in for. He then asked if I was staying as it would be a TWO hour wait!!!! Why did I make an appointment for that kind of wait? I said I’d just leave, he asked someone who said maybe it would be done in hour. That was unacceptable! I left. I drove 25 minutes each way to not get anything done??? How annoying. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will be sure to not buy from them, nor should you! More
Terrible trying to buy a car experience. After 3 days of trying to buy, I was told that they would not take my PNC ready check, which I have used for the last 4 vehicles I purchased. Needless to say, I went online, found the same vehicle at another dealership, and it took me 2 hours to be closed and delivered on a new vehicle. I will never recommend LaFontaine to anyone purchasing or service of a vehicle. More
Service department is terrible. So glad this car is a lease and they will get it back in the end. Car wash was also always broken when my car was in service. Have stood and waited to get help for a minimum of 15-20 minutes every time I’ve had my car there. More
Brought a car in for an oil change. Someone spilled coffee with heavy creamer on the seat. No one else drinks that in this car. A few days later the odor is unbearable. When contacting the dealership, the response was basically no they did not and we were wrong. After trying several things the car is almost un-driveable, due to the odor. At no point has any attempt been made to make this ok. This is a Cadillac dealership and you would expect reasonable service. There is not. I will never return to this dealership for anything ever again. Beware they don’t care about you or their quality. More
I was interested in a car on their lot and had talked with someone there on a Friday. On Saturday I made contact saying I would like to come take a test drive, but I lived two hours away so I wanted to with someone there on a Friday. On Saturday I made contact saying I would like to come take a test drive, but I lived two hours away so I wanted to make sure that was possible. I was assured yes, I could take a test drive and the car would be ready at 2:00. I arrived at 2:00 and not only was the person I was supposed to meet not there-the car was not there either. In fact the car had not been there that day it was in Fenton. I was told the person who scheduled the test drive does not work onsite so didn't know the car wasn't there. I was offered an apology and shown the door. No one there even asked me if they could show me something else, I guess they did not need my business. When I arrived home I sent emails to the managers explaining what happened. I received zero response from any of the three people I emailed. Overall my 4+ hour roundtrip to their dealship was a waste of a Saturday. More
Jose Martinez was the absolute best salesman we encountered during our time looking for a vehicle. He was the most caring and patient, and he truly went above and beyond to help us find exactly wha encountered during our time looking for a vehicle. He was the most caring and patient, and he truly went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the whole experience he continuously made sure we were happy and taken care of! We could not have had a better experience! We had gone to many other dealerships but our experience with Lafontaine Highland was by far the best. We will always go to this dealership for all of our car needs and will recommend to everyone we know!! We love our new Buick Enclave!!! More

Andrew Ruck was awesome and listened to what I had to say and saw that we could work it out to purchase my SUV and our Sales Professional, Colin drove the 3 hours to deliver it. TJ Edward's was the first to call me as soon as they opened and apologized. I do believe sometimes you fall through the cracks but normally each customer is treated well as they will take the time with each person through the whole process. More
Tied to buy one of two trucks they had - reached initially with chat and then heard from Nancy Ragatz. I offered to buy with or without a trade. She said they were very interested in my trade and ask me to send photos. I sent the photos and she promised a sales partner would reach out. I never heard from them and my follow up texts and emails went unanswered. I even reached out to the internet sales manager Jeff asking help and still no response. I know it’s a sellers market but the courtesy of a quick response was warranted. I finally gave up and found another super responsive dealer who had the same specification truck and bought it today. More
