Second lease from LaFontaine Buick GMC Last Monday I called LaFontaine to get pricing on a new Buick Regal that I found at this dealership. After a few phones calls and texts my new Regal was delivered to me on Wednesday. I live on the other side of the state. LaFontaine is well worth the phone call. Bad Experience I called the dealership to get pricing on a replacement vehicle as our lease was coming due. I was connected with a salesperson who was more interest I called the dealership to get pricing on a replacement vehicle as our lease was coming due. I was connected with a salesperson who was more interested in what my current payment amount was and when I could come see them rather than giving me pricing on the vehicles I requested. I explained that I have GM family pricing, and therefore all I needed at this time was the pricing for the two vehicles and then I could coordinate coming in. Once they realized I wasn't going to immediately come in and/or give them my current lease price, they said they would send me the pricing and then completely blew me off. In today's electronic age along with everyone having very busy schedules, people don't have hours to sit at a dealership to go over pricing. It is very easy to get pricing electronically (email, etc.) and then coordinate a time to come in and actually look at/test drive the vehicle. I contacted another GM dealership, and they were extremely attentive to giving me the information. Be very wary of a company that will only give you their price if you "come in". I would definitely choose another dealership. More

At this juncture I have started researching other vehicles, after learning my 2012 Honda Accord had been in a accident. I have nothing good to say about my experience. I personally wouldn't recommend the Fenton location to anyone. The longer I have the car the more disgusted and the more defects I find. I wish I would have just fixed my 98 Buick Regal and kept it moving. Getting a new used vehicle is supposed to be a exciting time, not in my case. More
