Best Customer Service, Exemplary Staff - Complete Package! The staff at LaFontaine Buick GMC Cadillac made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door! I missed my appointment due to traffic and got there when it was set to close. The offered me to take home whatever car I was thinking of purchasing, which of course I took advantage of. I came back the next day, deciding the Yukon Denali was just a little big - I then got to try the Denali Terrain for the rest of the weekend! Going back after that they let me know about some great deals on the Cadillac XT5 which I test drove and LOVED!!! I never felt like I was in a sale situation at all, they made me feel comfortable and gave me the time I needed to chose what was best for me. As you know it can take a little bit of time to get everything in order - The staff there made sure I was taken care of completely as the paperwork process started, I was there for 3 hours but actually had a great time chatting with the sales team there and it felt like no time!! Before I left they made sure that I knew how to use EVERY feature on my car - I haven't had a new car in 10 years and the XT5 was fully loaded, so there was a lot to go over. They got me set up with everything!! I live 45 minutes away from this dealership but went here on a recommendation from a friend - SO happy I did!! You can tell this is a family company and they care about their customers and their team is happy! You should definitely consider leasing or buying your next vehicle from the best!! More

He ask me what I was looking for ,how much I wanted to spend and within a few minutes he had what I was asking for and even exceeded my expectations. His proposal was less than my previous dealership by several dollars and I received a better vehicle than the other dealership was offering for more money. I handled the entire transaction by phone and Jaron even delivered the car to my home. I am already planning on getting my wife's next car from La Fontaine.Thanks for everything! More

The entire experience from the minute I walked into the dealership until the day I drove away with my new vehicle was extremely efficient and hassle-free. Shopping around for a big ticket item such as a car is time consuming, which I had been dreading. However, the procedures that this dealership has in place along with how the staff made the process go smoothly contributed to a very pleasant shopping experience for me. I have noticed that I have been greeted promptly every time I entered the showroom by a showroom staff member. In my opinion, this is an important detail to letting a customer know that their business is valued. More importantly, I felt very fortunate that Rob Blonde helped me locate the vehicle I wanted, arranged for the test drive, reviewed the features of the car with me and provided me with the leasing information that allowed me to make my decision after one hour! I appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and knowledge that helped me make this decision. Afterwards, Rob took it from there, by following up with me to return to the dealership to complete the necessary paperwork prior to picking up the Encore. Picking up the Encore went very smooth.
