Bate and switch this dealership is an experts in spin clearly I caught them in false advertsiment and bate and switch by advetising a vehile with warranty availiable this dealership is an experts in spin clearly I caught them in false advertsiment and bate and switch by advetising a vehile with warranty availiable and after I put money down they start acting like crooked politicians. claiming they don't warranty vehicles with that many miles .they admit they were wrong and say they will make it wright great words no follow through .I believe this is not a mistake but a business stratergy which is against federal law . I read the advertisment to the local attorney generals office they agreed and said if we couldnt come to an understanding to file an official complaint and they would get involved thats my next move. I will get my down payment back and go some where else . BUYER BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THEM BUT IF YOU DO DOUBLE CHECK WHATS IN WRITING AND DONT LISTEN TO THERE WORDS More

What a family! Being a bit conservative, I was somewhat reluctant about doing business with a dealership that uses the slogan 'A Family Deal'. The Cadillac showroom is beautiful, the staff was exceptional on every level, and my experience with Garnell and Krysten was amazing. We were literally treated like family. They were both very patient, accommodating, and professional throughout our deal. I would absolutely return back to them for my next Cadillac and would recommend everyone.
