Service Dept. I very much appreciate the professionalism of the dealership and appreciate the hospitality, the waiting area and the beverage are great. Two concerns I have are the length of time it takes to get an oil change. My last two visit have been an hour and an hour and 10 min. That's way too long for an oil change, I really need a reason to go to you versus a quick change where I can get it under 1/2 hour. The second complaint is the last two oil changes have left oil spots in my garage where either the plug wasn't put all the way in or the access oil in the area was wiped good enough, both of the are reason I really need to think about before I return as a customer for an Oil Change. First oil change The system on my Sierra indicated that it was time for my first oil change. Unfortunately it came on after the dealership closed for the weekend.
