Great car in a Fantasy World of Promises and Deception Purchased Used SRX - no spare because "run flat tires" - salesman. My 1 st SRX. Suspension problems - I had to spend 4 hours at dealership until the Purchased Used SRX - no spare because "run flat tires" - salesman. My 1 st SRX. Suspension problems - I had to spend 4 hours at dealership until they finally test drove car and agreed that there was problem- fixed problem. Radio sounded poorly, made appointment along with oil change (under warranty) LaFontaine changed oil but was unable to assign technician to "LOOK" at radio issue. Job re-location out of state racked up miles now out of warranty - LaFontaine will not honor original appointment under bumper to bumper warranty due to their lack of scheduling. Had an accident (deer) commuted 400 miles each way to dealership expecting Quality Body Work and Paint at LaFontaine BODY SHOP. Wife picked up car in January got it home and got it clean only to notice that the body panels are not fitting correctly and that the paint is splotchy (Looks like I used a spray can) Finally able to return to BODY SHOP (next week) 7 months later (AUGUST) and can only EXPECT) SOME RANDOM EXCUSE from their cadillac sales pitch and EDSEL SERVICE. If by chance some one at LaFontaine should read this please call me at 313-600-0606 to resolve the issues. As for the experience "Nothing like spending a lot of money and getting "KISSED" in the process. At this time, unless resolve is achieved, I would NOT RECOMMEND any aspect of this dealership from "sales to service" to anyone who works for a living. New lease- GMC Steve Hartwig answered all of my questions and was very professional and friendly. Every step went very smooth - no hassles. Excellent service Service is above and beyond at Lafontaine. While a bit pricey when it comes to repairs, I always know that I am receiving extra information about my Service is above and beyond at Lafontaine. While a bit pricey when it comes to repairs, I always know that I am receiving extra information about my vehicle. I have had emergency work done here in the past on my Envoy and they always arranged for a loaner car as needed. Victoria is outstanding when it comes to follow-up. Of course the oil change @ $9.99 is a no brainer. Keep up the good work. Jim D More

Warranty work; Squeak, Check Air Bag, New Noise in HVAC Squeak was not fixed. Claimed tools is rear storage bin was issue. Removed tools from vehicle and same squeak in 2nd row seating area. Car given to Squeak was not fixed. Claimed tools is rear storage bin was issue. Removed tools from vehicle and same squeak in 2nd row seating area. Car given to me with parts and tools in 2nd row behind driver seat. Left Dealer, half way home Dealer called and said to come back. Driver Seat was not fully bolted to floor. New Noise in HVAC, told system was checked, but noise still there. 2nd Service person gave a free coffee coupon for my trouble, "big deal" considering I was 10 miles away and wasted gas on 20 mile round trip. More

great customer service the customer service rep was very helpful! I had my 3 children with me age 3,1,9months. And he gave us drink slips for the cafe. Which made the 45 min the customer service rep was very helpful! I had my 3 children with me age 3,1,9months. And he gave us drink slips for the cafe. Which made the 45 min oil change so much better because the kids were able to have a drink with the snack we got. They also love the children's TV in the small play area. The oil change was much faster than the last time we were here a few months back. Glad this visit was much faster and better. Travis was such a nice person. He asked if I needed any help getting the kids to the waiting room. And once our car was done he came back to get us, and let us know we were all set. Then her opened all the doors to help with the stiller, and offer to help me load the kids and the stroller in the car. I declined because I'm so used to do this on my own, but it was so very sweet of him to offer to help. Most people wouldn't care to help. I will keep coming back with this kind of service!!! A+ More
