Greatness I was recently in search for a new SRX, over the last several years, I purchased Mercedes, I decided to go back to Cadillac a few years ago. I had recently search for a particular color which was the Terra Cotta. Due to the time of season, no one had the car, I contacted two dealership, they did have that particular color on their lot. Stopping at the gas station a gentlemen, whom I did not know his name, but would see in the Bloomfield Twp area. He gave me Garnell Woolridge card. Very reluctant, I gave him a call. He held the car for me, until I made up my mind. I love the vehicle, and most of all the treatment when I went to the dealership. I was greeted with the utmost respect. He was more than helpful. All I had to do was sign the paperwork, enjoy a cup of coffee, sit in the car as Garnell pointed out the new enhancements, connected my phone, and showed me a few new features, while he preset all my favorite settings including the radio! I knew what I wanted because I was replacing a 201 Earlier this year I leased a 2015 Traverse LTZ from Dave Gough and it was a satisfying experience. I knew what I wanted because I was replacing a 2010 Traverse. Dave's challenge was to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Which he did with timely efficiency. When we decided to replace our 2009 Malibu in June, I contacted Dave again. This time we weren't sure what we wanted, so the challenge was a bit greater. After test driving, comparing options and costs, we decided that the 2015 Buick Regal was the best choice. Another great experience!
