Here is an update. After waiting weeks I was told our reimbursement would be taken care of 7/21. Then on the week of 7/27 is told it would be taken care of by Friday. Note on 8/3 I was told it will be all done and credited to the bank on Tuesday and a copy faxed to me. Yep.... still nothing, this is really getting old. Your company needs to take priority in what they are promising costumers and learn to follow through. This is our money you owe us!!!! If this does not get taken care of soon other actions will be followed through. Very poor business skill , we are very disappointed in all customer service with this company. They never seem to answer phone calls or return messages that have been left and now are not following through with requested promised. Sure hope something is done about this soon M.S
