Loving my new truck. Back in March we walked into this dealership, expecting to get beaten up on trade in values. We were totally wrong. We met our salesman Bob Anderson, and explained what was going on and what we were looking for. Thankfully Bob is a very patient man, he did not try to push us into vehicle. He allowed us to come to the decision of exactly what we wanted. Nicely equipped GMC Terrain for the wife. Long story short, no pressure, great prices, both trade in and out the door. That experience was so good, we came back in April for a new truck for me. Again, Bob was an incredible help, gathering all the towing specs, and making sure we got the right vehicle to tow our fifth wheel. Bob, I can't thank you enough. I absolutely love my 2015 GMC 3500 HD Denali the luxury of this vehicle is incredible. Again, another easy deal, no pressure. Both you and Kirk were very easy to work with. I will highly recommend both the dealership and specifically Bob to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I started wo I can't speak for the new sales department but if you are in the market for a used, I HIGHLY recommend you contact Nick Castiglione ASAP. I started working with Nick on Thursday, 4/2 with a very specific list of criteria for my next vehicle thinking it didn't exist. (As Nick said, there isn't a used car factory building to specification.) But - Nick provided excellent customer service. He sent me some options that met my criteria, had the vehicle I was interested in delivered from Fenton and personally met with me for a test drive after he was already off of work the very next day. On top of that, Nick came into the dealership the following day on his day off, so we could close out the deal and I could take ownership of my new (to me) beautiful Equinox. Oh, and did I mention that not only was Nick and the business manager (Tony) efficient and friendly at closing but they managed to beat my best credit union financing by .5%. I am extremely hard to please, proficient in finance and spent many hours conducting research. This place is the real deal. TLDR: If you want someone to find your diamond in the rough, see Nick and if you are looking for a great financing rate, let him see what the dealership can offer you. More

Dave Koss took good care of me on 2 great trucks In the fall of 2012 i needed a plow truck and after looking at several dealerships i finally bumped into Dave.after telling him my needs he found me s In the fall of 2012 i needed a plow truck and after looking at several dealerships i finally bumped into Dave.after telling him my needs he found me several trucks and i was very picky about the truck i wanted.He was able to beat everyone elses prices and put a bunch of aftermarket and dealer options on my truck including a snowplow and had it done in just a few days. so when i wanted this latest truck i called dave and told him i want a new truck that has all the same options and colors and i need it now because the snow was on its way.Dave had a hard time finding my exact truck but managed to find one across state and had it sent to his dealership.this 2015 gmc sierra was for my wife and she's a bit more picky than me but dave got this deal done and both of us are very happy with both purchases.I recently sent a friend to dave and he hooked him up with a very nice used gmc truck that was exactly what my friend was looking for.he is still in shock they had what he wanted and got the deal done in one day.
