"Just a Great Experience" It began as a referral, than a pleasant phone exchange, an invitation to visit the dealership and a 40 mile plus journey. We were welcomed by Rob Blonde & Paul Jordan, as if were visiting their home, invited to sit down and tell them what we looking for, they listened and Rob mentioned he had some test vehicles ready for Carol to drive since this was going to be her decision. When she narrowed the selection they offered to put some figures together, not to worry they would work it out. Indeed they did, no haggling just advising what they could do for us, adding if she wanted to drive a new Buick Regal home, they would also make it work. As they got the paperwork going and car washed, Paul Jordan invited us to lunch at their deli with also great service and food. Before Carol returned to the office she had purchased a cute dress and jewelry from the ladies shop located next to the deli. A couple hours followed , the new Regal was delivered by Rob, he went over the new gadgets, set her phone up etc. Paul advised that while washing the car they noticed a small ding on the trunk, not to worry they would take care of it next week. So we drove home, new car, new dress and jewelry, remarking what a wonderful experience we just witnessed, a great team that cared about us and showed us how they do things. The next week they picked up the car, fixed the ding and returned it the same day. WOW what service, all done with a sincere smile. Since than our son has purchased a truck that was delivered to his work, and I traded in my 2008 Lucerne with 80,000 miles, for 2013 demo with a few miles that was also delivered to my work. Our previous dealer of many years didn't seem to have the time for us this year, leaving us with the feeling "Oh well take it or leave it... Thank goodness it allowed us the opportunity to visit the LaFontaine Buick experience. Could not be happier!! More
