My purchase through Mary Ann Audette was completely comfortable and enjoyable. Now.... when was the last time you could say that about a vehicle purchase? She worked hard to get me a great price and then quickly found a vehicle with the exact features in the color I wanted. Great, customer focused dealership We purchased our 2009 Escalade from LaFontaine and the sales experience was excellent - we felt we got a fair price and Kelli was very accommodating i We purchased our 2009 Escalade from LaFontaine and the sales experience was excellent - we felt we got a fair price and Kelli was very accommodating in terms of schedule and she even hooked our son up with new headphones for the DVD player in the back seats! I just had to bring the vehicle in for what we suspected was the drivers front wheel bearing going out - they discovered that both front bearings were toast, as well as the hubs, and replaced everything for us under our extended warranty. Victoria was extremely helpful and I will be happy to work with her again if service needs arise. I opted to wait for the work and as expected, it took about three hours. But it was a comfortable three hours in their lounge area, and I even ate lunch at the cafe, which was delicious - and I'm being frank here, I wasn't sure what to expect out of it, but I can see why people opt to eat there, not just because it's the only real option for those who are waiting on repairs. The little boutique is fun to browse while waiting, too. I loved seeing the EV charging stations on the building, too. This dealership seems to have taken the approach of catering to the customer, and it is really delightful to be on the receiving end of those efforts. We will return here to purchase our next vehicle, and recommend this location to others without hesitation. More
