I just had to bring the vehicle in for what we suspected was the drivers front wheel bearing going out - they discovered that both front bearings were toast, as well as the hubs, and replaced everything for us under our extended warranty. Victoria was extremely helpful and I will be happy to work with her again if service needs arise. I opted to wait for the work and as expected, it took about three hours. But it was a comfortable three hours in their lounge area, and I even ate lunch at the cafe, which was delicious - and I'm being frank here, I wasn't sure what to expect out of it, but I can see why people opt to eat there, not just because it's the only real option for those who are waiting on repairs. The little boutique is fun to browse while waiting, too. I loved seeing the EV charging stations on the building, too. This dealership seems to have taken the approach of catering to the customer, and it is really delightful to be on the receiving end of those efforts. We will return here to purchase our next vehicle, and recommend this location to others without hesitation. More
