When I started my search for a new lease vehicle, I didn't have any idea of what I wanted. I went to Lincoln, Infiniti, and Lexus before checking Cadillac dealers. To my surprise I found Cadillac offe didn't have any idea of what I wanted. I went to Lincoln, Infiniti, and Lexus before checking Cadillac dealers. To my surprise I found Cadillac offered everything on my shopping list and more! I discovered LaFontaine through my Costco membership and found it's my closest Costco authorized Cadillac dealership. The drive to Highland is definitely worthwhile. The beautiful environmentally friendly dealership has much to offer. Knowledgeable, friendly employees greet customers like invited guests to their home. Every courtesy was extended by all. After our salesman patiently and professionally answered all my questions and concerns (my list was long), he talked with his manager and presented me with a deal that no other dealership matched by far. He even took me on the grand tour where there's a contemporary play area for children, large aquarium, comfortable large lounge, a massage/manicure salon, a Bistro, and even a wonderful unique boutique. My salesman, John Edwards, located the car in the color I wanted (exterior & interior), with every feature I wanted at a fantastic lease price. Other dealers told me that there wasn't a car with my requested features anywhere in the tri-state area. Tthe car was delivered in just two days! Mike Walls, the finance guy, was very friendly, professional and thorough as he reviewed and presented all paperwork. Mr. Edwards went over everything in the car, presented me with a beautiful gift box filled with goodies and a long stem yellow rose. Mr. Fogilo, the manager, even reassured me that if I had questions or concerns to give him a call. I am indeed a satisfied, happy customer! More

First, it is a "feel good" visit from the time you walk through the door until you leave. My experience with the staff was friendly, helpful; I felt they were interested in my needs and made sure I had contact with the sales consultant I had asked to see. A quick stroll from showroom to service dept, where comfy leather chairs are dedicated to service customers, opens to a fashion forward boutique and Deli lunch counter. How can this not be an unexpected treat for customers shopping for a new car or waiting for service? Truly unique; truly rewarding experience. My next excellent review is given to my Sales & Leasing Consultant Garnell Woolridge III, for his uncanny ability to understand my needs and my budget. Working together, we discovered the car I thought I wanted was not at all the car I needed. I had some problems with the sale of the cadillac but the dealership rose above the issues to make my experience exceptional. As far as I can determine, your dealership is honest. My experiences with both sales and service personal at other dealers in this area does not bring me to the same conclusion about those dealerships. Garnell Woolridge, sales dept., WOW! I could not be happier, I talked to Garnell early Fall about my interest in buying another SRX when my lease is up in April 2014. He said he would keep me infor happier, I talked to Garnell early Fall about my interest in buying another SRX when my lease is up in April 2014. He said he would keep me informed on what GM was offering and all options that would fit my needs. I will be picking up my new SRX this week. Garnell is not pushy, listens to your needs, is very polite, very knowledgeable and makes the car purchasing process go very smoothly. I would recommend Garnell to any one interested in buying a new Cadillac. Thanks. Also I would like to share my satisfaction in Victoria Barnewold in the Service Department for all the help she has given me in the last three years. I had a few months left on my lease, and went to several different dealerships to see if I could get out early. Nobody really wanted to work with me and told me to come back when my lease was up. My husband heard an add on the radio that LaFontaine was doing lease pullaheads. I thought it would be another let down and they would tell me to come back when my lease was up. Nope, that was not the case, they got me out of my lease and into the car that I wanted, and not just another base model car, it had everything I wanted and more! I worked with Jeff Chapel who was able to get my new payments down to a reasonable amount too. My husband and I drove from Saint Clair Shores, all the way to Highland, which is about an hour or more away, and we were not dissapointed at all. We were even able to get the information over the phone before we made the trip there. Although it is far from where we live, I would definately go back for my next vehicle. More
