The sales & service experience at LaFontaine has been a pleasant experience for us over the many years we have been dealing with this particular dealership. We drive a few extra miles to come to this dealership due to the personal attention and professionalism experienced by all of those involved with our various visits from arrival to departure, including those that actual work on our vehicles, billing, the cafe folks, the greeters, and those that fill in when we don't work with our "regular" service folks. The staff at the dealerships is very accomodating, attentive, and answers all questions we have whenever we visit the dealer for our two vehicles. Very professional with a touch of the personal one-on-one that we love. Our latest experience of a "yahoo" new Truck purchase, was exciting and the handling of first looking to closing the deal, without a glitch through Bob Anderson and those involved behind the scenes, like the Finance guys, the guys in the shop that took care of prep, installation of the bedliner, running boards, and getting the vehicle prepared for delivery made this a great, fun experiience (despite the weather conditions and the "tour" by Bob in the Thunder and Lighting storms, that Bob navigated us through as a part of "new vehicle" orientation. Kudo's to you, Bob. Bob Anderson was great with trying to meet our vehicle spec needs and "spinning" for turn around, finding a great 1500 4 wd Sierra that met our specs, was a sell upon first site. We love the vehicle and the ease with which LaFontaine made this happen for us, with no complications and timing as planned with quick turn time to delivery. Tony Grimaldi Did an OUTSTANDING job. I told him what I was looking for and in less than a week he had a vehicle which met all my requirements and then some for the price range we had discussed. I recently went in for a safety concern on my 2010 GMC Acadia - the brakes were cutting out - not stopping correctly. He took the time to listen and understand my concerns, we went for a test drive and all though initially we weren't able to duplicate my concerns he stopped us and started asking additional questions that actually seemed to make sense to me. We started driving again and low and behold we duplicated my concern. While it turned out to be a normal condition,(something he was able to duplicate the concern on another similar vehicle) I was put at ease that it was safe and something I shouldn't be scared of. Todd restored my faith in GMC and Lafontaine GMC. More
