This was my first experience with both the Cadillac brand and the LaFontaine dealership. We visited two dealerships that were much closer to my home but we decided on LaFontaie because of the professionalis and the LaFontaine dealership. I needed to trade in my 2003 Esclade and get a new car. Jeff was tremendously helpful and got me top dollar for my Cadillac on a trade in for a new 2013 Arcadia. My family and I came in unannounced on a busy evening and were greeted quickly. J.P. was thorough and efficient with both of the customers that he had at the time. The only thing that I would have changed was when we purchased the vehicle we did not know until signing the papers that it only had 1 key and no key fob. $160.00 and a trip to their service department later we had a replacement computer chip key and a programmed key fob. I think that this should have been done by Lafontaine before it even went to the used car lot. Offering a 2011 vehicle with full power and only one key was a little odd, especially being at a GM dealer. More
