I needed to trade in my 2003 Esclade and get a new car. Jeff was tremendously helpful and got me top dollar for my Cadillac on a trade in for a new 2013 Arcadia. My family and I came in unannounced on a busy evening and were greeted quickly. J.P. was thorough and efficient with both of the customers that he had at the time. The only thing that I would have changed was when we purchased the vehicle we did not know until signing the papers that it only had 1 key and no key fob. $160.00 and a trip to their service department later we had a replacement computer chip key and a programmed key fob. I think that this should have been done by Lafontaine before it even went to the used car lot. Offering a 2011 vehicle with full power and only one key was a little odd, especially being at a GM dealer. More

My first visit since I purchased a 2005 Escalade was last fall to have my CTS serviced. Tony was terrific and very helpful,, and introduced me to Mike for future transactions. To my surprise when I visited a couple of weeks ago to purchase a new vehicle, Mike still remembered me. My transaction involves 2 vehicles to be exchanged within a 3 week period, and I expected a package deal starting with the Arcadia Denali we wanted to lease. Mike very professionally reviewed the entire opportunity, researched all possible financial options, and in good faith got his boss to agree to improve the offer to meet my conditions. Prior to reviewing my proposition at Lafontaine, I first visited Al Serra in Grand Blanc, and my experience there was nothing like the great experience with Lafontaine. The experience at Al Serra started with the sales person being late for a schedule appointment, and ended with them not presenting all options, nor considering the package opportunity and opportunity to develop a business relationship with a customer that generally purchases 2 premium vehicles every 2 years. Lafontaine sales management and Mike Kessler certainly understood the value and they demonstrated it.
