However, in the event I am in the market to buy another used Cadillac, there is one dealership I will travel to and one sale LaFontaine in Highland. Mr Jack Ringwood is a consummate professional. He quickly gained my trust, and I felt absolutely no sales pressure. Although the first used Cadillac SRX I looked at and wanted to buy was sold before I could pull the trigger, Jack was very patient with me as he weathered through my disappointment to find a similar SRX. Because I arrived at the dealership a little later in the evening, Jack worked with me past 9:00 p.m. The best part? Jack arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my home the next day so I could surprise my wife. This was an absolute homerun. My wife loves the car, and it has performed flawlessly since we purchased it about three weeks ago. Great vehicle, great buying experience, great salesman. What else can you say? More
