My husband and I were looking for a new or used vehicle. We had started the process back in the fall of 2012. The first visit was to a dealership close to our house and I went without my husband. Wanted me to buy the car that I drove that day. I left with the intention that I was not going to return, and I didn't. We received a recommendation to go to LaFontaine from a co-worker of mine. My husband called to set-up an appt, it was with Dave Gough. He greeted us with a handshake and was very respectful of how we wanted to proceed. I recieved a hot chocolate from the wonderful staff member at the front and the rest of the visit was very comfortable. Dave made the process smooth, kept in touch with us regarding the necessary paperwork and sitting to learn about the car. He and all the staff from financing to the service dept. were incredible to work with. I really appreciated it when Dave called my dad in Arizona to thank him for helping with the A plan incentive. He promptly responded with a fair lease price and an exceptional trade-In price range for my current automobile. After an inventory search he found the exact car my wife wanted. Because it was a very cold day and I am in a wheelchair and no longer drive, he suggested bringing the car to me for evaluation and take my car in for an appraisal. Everything worked out exactly as he told me and I took delivery the very next day. It was the easiest deal I had ever made and I was presented with a generous residual check from my trade-in.
