The employees were friendly and the dealership was clean and beautiful; however, because of apparent issues with the person (people) who would type up the contract, I was there for 5 1/2 hours. Arrived happy and left very aggrevated. Also, the reason I went to LaFontaine Saturday morning in the first place was because I saw several commercials on TV with Kelly gabbing about a free tank of gas if I scheduled a test drive between 8-10am. I called several times but couldn't schedule, then was told that didn't apply to this location. Also frustrating. More
I had brought my Buick in for service and while waiting for my car I went into the Cadillac showroom. It was about 8 o'clock in the morning so I did not expect to see a salesman but Kenn Elliot was already for my car I went into the Cadillac showroom. It was about 8 o'clock in the morning so I did not expect to see a salesman but Kenn Elliot was already in. He asked if he could help me. I said no that i was waiting for my car. Then I asked for a price on a 2012 cadillac SRX. He said to give him a minute and came back with a price that got my interest. I told him what I expected on trade in on my Buick. He came back with a price that was more than I expected. I arranged for a test drive for my wife and I. After driving the car we decided to purchase one. The color we wanted was not available at LaFontiane so Kenn said he would search for the color I wanted. Two days later I had my car. Dealing with Kenn and LaFontaine could not have been more pleasant. Kenn was very professional and friendly. I discovered that he was a neighbor living in a near by community. He even offered to take my car in for service when required, leaving me his car to use. Hows that for a neighbor. I would not hesitate to recommend LaFontiane and Kenn Elloit to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Thank you Kenn. More
Mary Ann Audette was superb from my initial phone call to the LaFontaine Cadillac dealership thru three days later when she personally delivered my new car to my home. I had previously gone to a closer-to-my-home Cadillac dealership on the other side of town, and met with a different salesperson in an attempt to purchase a similar vehicle. He never located the vehicle I wanted and never initiated a follow-up telephone call to me despite assuring me that he would, and although I telephoned him a number of times. In frustration, I elected to try another dealership. I am delighted that I did so and would unhesitatingly recommend Mary Ann Audette. She is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and a delight to do business with. More

I am happy to say that I finally got the SRX that I had been wanting for the past 6 months. Kim and Jeremiah Alvardo made it seemless. Grace and I started working on an SRX about 4 weeks ago. Saturday I picked up a 2013 Regal Turbo. Her recommendations and work led to the Regal. I never felt pressured or confused in any part of the transaction. Ken Elliot was very patient and seemed to enjoy sharing the products and services with my wife and I. He seemed genuinely concerned that we like the product and feel like we got a fair deal. It was his stated intent to satisfy us in a manner that would guarantee repeat business, which would include any future assistance learning how to use or service the vehicle.
