My wife wanted to replace her well-used vehicle which had been a workhorse for years. We wanted to stay with the GM label as our older vehicles had been good cars to own. We decided to go to LaFontaine due to their proximity to where we live and I am glad we went. The selection was what I expected. The service is where the expectations were beaten. I have had some pretty poor experiences in the past with pushy, unfriendly, even hostile salespeople so I was dreading this visit. I could not have been more wrong. JP Farmer was our contact and he was friendly and courteous. He was not in the least pushy or negative, even when we spent a long time reviewing cars, even well past the normal hours of business. He answered all our questions quickly and accurately and clearly explained all our options regarding trade-ins and such and had an extremely good knowledge of the vehicles we tested. Once my wife selected her gently used Equinox LT, we were turned over to Jeremiah Alvarado who was also excellent to work with. Even after we hit a speed bump with the financing that could not be corrected till the following Monday (we went in late Friday) he set us up with a dealer "demo" so we could try out the car for the weekend and as soon as the financing was sorted out they had ,y wife take the vehicle in to be detailed, temp plates installed and so on. They even bought my wife and son lunch in the Bistro they have in the facility so they weren't sitting in some crowded, smelly waiting room like I have experienced in the past. I would definitely recommend this used car dealership to anyone I know and when it is time to replace my car (within 2 years) I will absolutely be going back there. More

Dave Koss is an excellent salesman. He was able to help me find my first GMC to suit my needs and budget. He is very knowledgeable and did his best to get me a deal. She was very professional and upbeat during our negotations, and gave us a very fair price on a SRX. During delivery, she carefully explained all the features of the car and even setup our phones with the bluetooth functions. Not sure what's up with LaFontain but GM needs to do an audit to prevent losing future customers. More
