after 3 calls and waiting over 45minutes I finally was able to talk with service. after setting up the appointment I was told that a car wouldn't be available which goes against the warranty work policy able to talk with service. after setting up the appointment I was told that a car wouldn't be available which goes against the warranty work policy for cadillacs. I contacted Suburban Cadillac. Spoke with a service rep on the first call and they had a car available. Not sure what's up with LaFontain but GM needs to do an audit to prevent losing future customers. More
