I think Mike and the dealer did a very good job of giving me a strong initial offer and then making it work on a couple of things I needed. The LaFontaine Family Dealership is the real deal. Based on my experience, the courteous friendly people, and the quality of the cars, I will always be purchasing through this dealership. My first contact was thru an online inquiry with Katie Shefferly, Business Development Consultant. We chatted on line, emailed, & when it felt right she called to inquire how she could help me. I was looking for a high gas mileage car, it seemed as the mileage increased the car size decreased. I did not want to sacrifice safety for more mpg. She suggested the Buick Lacrosse Hybrid. About that time, I saw my brother, he had a new Buick Lacrosse, very sharp looking, and luxurious. He suggested I see John Edwards. I asked Katie to make the arrangements. When I went to LaFontaine the first time I was treated like family, no better than family, Katie took me over to John Edwards office in the Cadillac part of the dealership. I didn't know John sold Cadillac, and it didn't matter. He knew everything there was to know about Buick. He first took me on a tour of the dealership, he took pride in explaining the emphasis on the environmentally designed materials, used in the building. He showed me the boutique, salon, cafe, parts, waiting room, service area. Wow, I had never seen so many services and at a car dealership. He had arranged for me to drive a new Lacrosse while he had my Saturn Vue appraised. He showed me the different features of the car. I didn't know if I was ready yet, John was patient. Being able to test drive different vehicles made a big difference in the selection process. I was sold. When I picked up my car financial paper signing went smoothly. John, introduced me to Sherri Handley, Service Consultant, she went through the Welcome packet and explained service and the $9.95 oil change. What a great experience. I am so glad to have bought my Buick from LaFontaine, Katie, John, and Sherri, the others at the dealership made a new family member. I will always buy my new cars here. Sincerely, Al Qualman More
Lafontaine is the only dealership that I will ever buy a car from & De'anna Parks-Bloom is the only sales associate that I will do business with. She is awesome!! 2 years ago, I was driving a brand new Cadi car from & De'anna Parks-Bloom is the only sales associate that I will do business with. Tonia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles, the financing options and worked very hard to find the vehicle my wife wanted. The dealership is beautiful, I especially like the cafe and vehicles, the financing options and worked very hard to find the vehicle my wife wanted. Our experience at LaFontaine Buick was great. The whole experience was none like we have ever experienced at any other dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Kim worked with us to help us get the vehicle we wanted and the payments we needed. We are a distance from the dealership and would not be able to pick up the vehicle until Saturday. Kim scheduled a driver to bring the car and paperwork to us, she said it would be a very easy process and it was. The person who delivered the car was so pleasant and helpful and made the process go very smoothly. Kim followed up with us to make sure everything went smoothly and to thank us for our business, which we really appreciated. This is a great service.
