Overall the experience was very pleasurable. They were professional and respectful. Alyssa did a great job of showing us options and helping us find an automobile that fit our needs. Will never use LaFontaine when purchasing a vehicle. All arrangements to sign/close on paperwork, at the dealership, had been made. The finance manager did a poor job of understanding, communicating, All arrangements to sign/close on paperwork, at the dealership, had been made. The finance manager did a poor job of understanding, communicating, and facilitating the process. Because of this incompetence, I had to go to bank to obtain check, then go back to dealership to sign paperwork. Bottom line is that my experience was not good. More
