Mike Pranschke was my original salesman. He was spot on with the sale until I made the initial $1000.00 down payment and signing the necessary paperwork to get started. Then I had to start leaving messages, text message and emails requesting help and returned calls. He acted like I got your money now wait for me to help you. To get answers I had to call service to start to get any help and at first they kept sending back to Mike Pranschke. I would get a call but never received any real answer to my question. He kept telling me Let me check into it and get back to you. Never got back to me. After my dandruff reached its bowling point Jeremy Phelps actual took over and started helping me with respect. More

I took in my older model Malibu for an oil change, tire rotation and headlight replacement. They found a nail in one tire that they fixed for me and also found my coolant was in poor condition.
