We dealt with Robert and Erika. I got a little frustrated as we had a 1:00 appointment to pick up our new vehicle, but he was dividing his time between two other customers. He explained that they were quite busy as he had taken the previous week off. All in all, we received our new car and we love it. When I turn in my Jeep Liberty, I will probably deal with them again.
