I encountered this dealer from a direct mailer. i reviewed their web site and on line let them know i was interested in a new truck purchase. Ultimately my choice to work with LaFontaine was made since they listened to what i wanted and found the vehicle, as opposed to the other dealers trying to sell me what they had. I would recommend this dealership and will visit them again when looking for another vehicle. More

I wanted the malibu 2009 and I consider myself a very safe drive and good at paying my debts especially I paid off two previous cars in the past. Well, James curtis pick out a car for me 98,000 miles on and says to me this is your girl friend car since your credit isnt as good and you can come back in year to get the malibu financed after I paid my pmyts on 2007 Mitsibishi with 98,000 miles and financed for 23,0000 dollars as according to keith brothers as well. I really believed they would agree to let me get the malibu 2009. Well I have been making my pmts on time and have proof for them in the last year or more. It turns out they lied to me and sold me a car with way too many miles for 23,000 dollars. I am angry and disappointed at these two rip offs. I called them in July 2012 to make appointment and they never called me back .I had the car fixed from a mild drunk driver on the front bumper. Overall, Keith Brothers and James Curtis stiffed me a car that could go under in sometime while I am still paying pmts of 430.49/month. I would not recommend these people ever again to buy a car from again. I know people who had their cars financed with repo history and still managed to get a new car with less miles. I had only missed a few pmts on a previous financed car and Keith Brothers and James curtis used this against me. WHAT BULL. IM AM ANGRY Mr. Gerald Poprawa. More

Not only did Mike get me exactly what I wanted, he returned every call and was very prompt on his emails. I was sold on the dealership as soon as I spoke with him the first time. I have a very hectic schedule and Mike made arrangements for my test drive without even walking into the dealership...very impressed! I spent about a month shopping for a new crossover and looked at the "big three" plus numerous imports. I finally narrowed it down to the Chevy equinox or the CR-v. During this search I actually took three test drives with Dominic Fracassi and he was great to deal with the entire time with no pressure at all. When I finally made up my mind on the LT2 with the particular color and options I wanted I thought it would be impossible to find the car but he found it quickly and it was as promised. the price was better than a other local dealers price. In fact, the other local dealer advertised "beating anyone's else price but they wouldn't. I am impressed with the staff and the facility there and I enjoyed a good doughnut or two as well!! More

Very specific with his response and support towards Robert. Jason: Very open, knowledgeable, and humorous, which allowed me to feel very comfortable about the service departments ability to take care of my new vehicle when I return for regular service. Steve: Provided direct and open communication to me individually and privately, after discussing what my personal budget would allow for a new purchase or lease. This allowed me to to accept and know up front before my purchase, as to what my financial responsibility would be, prior to accepting the terms of my lease. The lease approach was more appropriate than a purchase due to my recent retirement. This was the icing on the cake for me to accept this new vehicle offer. Overall activity, came in a 4:00 PM and drove off with a new vehicle at 6:00PM the same day.
