I recently took my 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe in for a complete fluid service, which was supposed to include the front and rear differentials, transfer case, and transmission. After paying $825 and waitin complete fluid service, which was supposed to include the front and rear differentials, transfer case, and transmission. After paying $825 and waiting 3.5 hours—when I was originally told it would only take 2.5—I discovered when I got home that the transmission fluid was 1.5 quarts low and none of the other fluids had been changed. What makes this even more frustrating is that they knew I was a master mechanic before I retired. Despite this, they still attempted to cut corners, seemingly assuming I wouldn’t notice. When I brought the issue to their attention, I did eventually receive a full refund, but the experience left me deeply disappointed. It’s concerning to think that they might treat other customers—who may not have the same mechanical knowledge—the same way. Shops like this give the entire industry a bad name, and it’s completely unacceptable for them to operate this way. More

2007 Corvette I took my 2007 Corvette out of storage and for a ride. It was Spuddering and shaking. I called La Fontain in Dexter and they were able to get it in I took my 2007 Corvette out of storage and for a ride. It was Spuddering and shaking. Recall for fuel pump. Although I had an appointment was told by the person who made it to allow 2 hours so I thought I was going to need a ride.
