Since that point the communication has been awful. I feel as if I have been ghosted. I have tried to in contact with someone to review the certified pre own checklist for my truck and see what it would take to get a second key for over 2 weeks. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have not been able to get the pre owned service manager to give me a call back. One of my phone calls got redirected to th entirely wrong dealership. Purchasing the truck went well enough, but since then, the dealer no longer cares enough to return a phone call. More

my sales rep was very good. However, I was only given one key to the vehicle, and it was the valet key. I had to go to the Subaru dealership to order one. Very expensive. However, I was only given one key to the vehicle, and it was the valet key. I had to go to the Subaru dealership to order one. Very expensive. $262.00 for one key and $170.00 to program. This morning when starting the Subaru, the coolant light came on. I hope you all did me right on the car. When I asked for hard copy paperwork of my sales documents. The financing person said no she will email the documents. Documents are not coming through correctly to my email. now I have to contact Aaron to see if he can fax or mail hard copies.
