I dropped my vehicle of with a detailed list of concerns. Some I knew would not be covered by my extended warranty. This dealership made excuses why they couldn't fix some items, ignored some items, and eve Some I knew would not be covered by my extended warranty. This dealership made excuses why they couldn't fix some items, ignored some items, and even tried some xx reasons to get me to pay them to perform services that I explained were already recently done but they pressed me anyway. Even tried scare tactics to get me to pay them to perform the unnecessary service. At this point I am now left to repair my vehicle myself or try to find another place to do the repairs. I am more the dissatisfied and will never be back to them again. More

I’ve had issues at this dealership in the past. They aren’t my favorite, but they aren’t my least favorite. This time that I went in for a recall, I was immediately turned off by the fact that NO O They aren’t my favorite, but they aren’t my least favorite. This time that I went in for a recall, I was immediately turned off by the fact that NO ONE in service greeted me or asked me what I was in for. I was probably standing there for about 8-10 minutes before I took the initiative to ask someone about my appointment. Two out of the 7-8 people standing in the service office were on phone calls with customers so I absolutely didn’t expect them to say anything to me, but at ANYTIME when I first came in, SOMEONE could have said “hello welcome in, someone will be right with you”, but that never happened. Thankfully when I took the initiative to go up to someone, I went up to Nicole B and she instantly dropped what she was doing and took my appointment over. She was friendly, warm, punctual, and helpful. She gave me a rough estimate of how long it would take, and apologized for it taking a few minutes longer than she predicted. I knew it might run over but it was nice having it acknowledged. Nicole was fantastic and saved my mood with the initial disappointment of stepping into the building. Another thing that turned me off in the beginning, was that while I was waiting to be greeted, they automatically popped the hood on my car without even knowing what it was in for or who the owner was. I didn’t like that, but understand if it’s just standard on every vehicle. Overall I gave 3/5 stars for my total experience. There could be improvement with customer service. More
