LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Fenton

I’ve had issues at this dealership in the past. They aren’t my favorite, but they aren’t my least favorite. This time that I went in for a recall, I was immediately turned off by the fact that NO O They aren’t my favorite, but they aren’t my least favorite. This time that I went in for a recall, I was immediately turned off by the fact that NO ONE in service greeted me or asked me what I was in for. I was probably standing there for about 8-10 minutes before I took the initiative to ask someone about my appointment. Two out of the 7-8 people standing in the service office were on phone calls with customers so I absolutely didn’t expect them to say anything to me, but at ANYTIME when I first came in, SOMEONE could have said “hello welcome in, someone will be right with you”, but that never happened. Thankfully when I took the initiative to go up to someone, I went up to Nicole B and she instantly dropped what she was doing and took my appointment over. She was friendly, warm, punctual, and helpful. She gave me a rough estimate of how long it would take, and apologized for it taking a few minutes longer than she predicted. I knew it might run over but it was nice having it acknowledged. Nicole was fantastic and saved my mood with the initial disappointment of stepping into the building. Another thing that turned me off in the beginning, was that while I was waiting to be greeted, they automatically popped the hood on my car without even knowing what it was in for or who the owner was. I didn’t like that, but understand if it’s just standard on every vehicle. Overall I gave 3/5 stars for my total experience. There could be improvement with customer service. More

I originally just was driving through the LaFontaine lot just after they had closed for the day when Jeremy Cheany saw me & asked what I was looking for, which I explained I was just shopping for now but I just after they had closed for the day when Jeremy Cheany saw me & asked what I was looking for, which I explained I was just shopping for now but I am going to be in need another truck, plus our 16 year old son was in need of a safe vehicle to get back & forth to school safely. After a week or so of still shopping, we set up an appointment for me to come in. I was introduced to Sean Brogan, who immediately dug right into what I needed & what I would like to do. To make things difficult, I had to get out of an older Ram that I was upside down in. I sincerely felt like Sean was treating us like family. Sean & the LaFontaine team (even including some help from his sales associate, Wayne) literally helped us figure a way to make it all happen. It was really very cool to see them work really hard to making this come together.. Now my son is driving a loaded with awesome safety features, 2026 Ram & I have a new 2026 Ram as well, …with just a few more bells & whistles on it, ie Hemi, sun roof , etc . 😎 I cannot thank Sean Brogan & the LaFontaine team enough for taking such great care of us, I highly recommend getting your next Ram, Jeep or Chrysler from them! 🙌🏼 More
